What you’ll do: Administer & Optimize JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence. Create custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboards for leadership insights. Ensure security best practices across Atlassian platforms (access governance, encryption, backups). Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident workflows and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Drive Agile and ITSM maturity through best-practice configuration and coaching. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and own the Atlassian roadmap. What we’re looking for: 3+ years as a JIRA/Atlassian Administrator in tech or service environments. Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, permissions, and automation. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL and Agile methodologies. Experience in security-sensitive environments. Excellent communication skills to simplify technical complexity. Ready to make an impact?
