As the Finance & Accounting Intern, you will work closely with the finance & accounting team to maintain data integrity in our ERP (NetSuite), participate in monthly/annual close processes, maintain SOPs, and perform financial analysis. Responsibilities Actively participate in month‑end and year‑end close processes, assisting with preparation of journal entries, maintenance of proper supporting documentation, and preparation of financial statements, reports and variance analysis. Perform credit card and bank reconciliations, reviewing for policy compliance. Maintain finance procedures and related process documents. Contribute to a team effort and undertake other special projects as requested. Requirements Working towards a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (Accounting or Finance major preferred) or similar program. Working towards all necessary prerequisites for admission into the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA), Professional Education Program (PEP). Very high attention to detail and strong customer service skills. Strong communicator: oral, written, interpersonal. A growth mindset, self‑motivated and excited to work in a fast‑paced environment. Organized with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously. Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Superb Microsoft Office skills; specifically Excel & PowerPoint. Previous accounting‑related office experience is an asset. Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program. Available for a full‑time internship beginning September 2026 for at least 8 months. Work out of our new Toronto office (24 Ward Street) at least 4 days per week.
