Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services supporting all the Firm's business applications and end users. ETS is focused on enabling the Firm to manage its global businesses and clients with market leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient. The candidate will join the team responsible for Insights, Reporting, and Tooling within ETS COO. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team and strengthen our delivery capacity. The ideal candidate will bring deep practical experience building enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, combined with strong software development lifecycle (SDLC) discipline and version‑control practices using GitHub. Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or similarly governed environments is important. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven) to support business processes. Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, including complex, multi‑step flows and child flows. Build and manage Dataverse data structures, security roles, and integrations with internal or third‑party systems. Ensure SDLC best practices including code reviews, documentation, solution layering, and use of solution‑aware components. Use GitHub for source control, versioning, and collaborative development in alignment with DevOps guidelines. Participate in governance and compliance processes, ensuring solutions meet regulatory and security requirements commonly found in financial or insurance environments. Troubleshoot and support production solutions, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate. Strong understanding of Dataverse security roles, environment roles, and data access models. Practical experience following a structured SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment). GitHub expertise: branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and version control. Prior work in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, healthcare, etc.) with adherence to compliance and audit expectations. Ability to design and implement end‑to‑end business solutions, integrating systems such as SharePoint, SQL, APIs, and other Microsoft 365 services. Excellent data analytical skills using Excel or PowerBi to get quick insight on structured/unstructured datasets. Nice-to-Have Experience with Power BI, PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics 365. Understanding of Power Platform governance frameworks and environment strategy.
