Position: We are seeking an iGaming Marketing Manager with deep cultural understanding and experience in marketing to and engaging the Chinese diaspora in various international markets to drive growth and increase GGPoker global market share. Your goal will be making GGPoker the online destination for all Chinese poker players residing outside of Mainland China. Duties and Responsibilities: Take ownership of the Overall Growth and Engagement responsibility for the global Chinese diaspora market, acquire, engage, and retain customers sustainably, and deliver growth in accordance with set budget and targets. Integrate and coordinate marketing internal marketing talent and processes, enlisting different teams, processes, and marketing verticals (performance and channel marketing, digital marketing, Agents and Affiliates, SEO, PPC, CRM, etc.), adapting them for culturally specific channels (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok/Douyin, Rednote etc.. ). Navigate carefully and creatively the regulatory framework that may apply to many of the markets in which you will operate. Negotiate strategy and resources with both internal and external stakeholders, including international partners and regional marketing teams. Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the global Chinese diaspora, including clear plans for all available marketing and communication channels like affiliation, ambassadors, community events, agents, and Chinese-language social media platforms. Work closely with various content stakeholders to develop creative concepts that are culturally relevant for long‑term brand building and communication within this market segment. Work together with the Business Development team to identify ways to grow in the market including agents, affiliates, resellers, and payment solutions specifically tailored to the Chinese diaspora. Plan, buy, negotiate all media, either through direct relationships or through a media agency, with a focus on channels popular within the diaspora. Follow‑up and analyse all the marketing activities with the Data Analysis Team to make sure it is all in line with budgets and targets, incorporating cultural nuances into performance measurement. Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market, including keeping tabs on the competition and the regulatory situation in key jurisdictions with large Chinese diaspora populations. Requirements: 5+ years experience in Marketing, with a focus on global or international markets. Online Poker industry acumen and deep knowledge of the Chinese poker landscape and player behavior within the diaspora. Exceptional ability to present, optimise and understand marketing KPIs. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (written and spoken) is required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities, with experience managing international teams or stakeholders. Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast‑paced environment across multiple time zones. Familiarity with online casinos or gaming is a bonus, but not required. A passion for online gaming, including poker and sports betting (or at the very least be interested to learn about them) and knowledge of the online gaming industry.
