This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on mentorship,creative programming, and team coordination. As a Camp Leader, you will guide daily activities, support a team of counselors, andensure a safe, engaging environment where campers can explore clay, textiles,woodworking, and mixed media. You will also gain paid, structured experience in youthprogramming, studio operations, and leadership – with mentorship from our ExecutiveDirector throughout the contract. This role is a great fit for someone who is confident leading groups, enjoys working withkids, and wants real career‑building experience in a creative, community‑focusedenvironment.
