We train our people on "new" SAP like SAP Leonardo, S/4HANA and Cloud, and we offer classes and support through our 50,000+ member community.It’salso nice to know our hard workdoesn’tgo unrecognized.We’vegot over 70 SAP awards—more than any other partner—andwe’rethe leading business partner for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Hybris, SAPFieldGlass, SAP Concur, and more.The Work: As an SAP Development and Integration Lead, you will own theend‑to‑end technical delivery of SAP development and integrationacross SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and the broader enterprise application landscape.You will lead the design, build, and delivery ofcustom SAP development and integrations , ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, aligned with SAP Clean Core principles, and integrated seamlessly with both SAP and non‑SAP platforms.You will act as theprimary technical authorityacross SAP development and integration workstreams, providing hands‑on leadership, architectural guidance, and delivery oversight throughout build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.Key Responsibilities:Serve as theoverall SAP Development and Integration Leadfor large SAP programs, owning delivery across ABAP, SAP BTP, and integration technologies.Define and drive theintegration architecture strategyfor SAP landscapes, aligned to SAP’s extensibility model (in‑app, side‑by‑side, and integration patterns).Lead the design, development, and governance of integrations between SAP S/4HANA and internal, cloud, and third‑party systems.Oversee development acrossABAP, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, IDocs, and related technologies .Partner closely with functional leads, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto SAP development and integration teams, including code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance.Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, Clean Core principles, security requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.Ownintegration and development testing activities , including defect triage, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and production support.Leadcutover planning and executionfor SAP development and integration objects, coordinating with Basis, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.Proactively identify technical risks, cross‑system dependencies, and integration challenges, and drive mitigation strategies.Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP development standards, integration frameworks, and delivery methods.This role requires regular collaboration with global, multi‑disciplinary teams andon‑site presence as required by the program(typically 2–3 days per week).Basic Qualifications:Minimum7 years of experiencedelivering SAP development and integration solutions, including experience in a senior technical or lead role.Strong hands‑on experience withSAP ABAP development , including S/4HANA custom development and extensions.Hands‑on experience designing and building integrations usingSAP Integration Suite (CPI)and/orSAP PI/PO .Experience designing and supportingREST, SOAP, and OData APIs , as well asIDoc, RFC, and event‑based integrations .Experience integratingSAP S/4HANA or ECCwith cloud platforms and third‑party applications.Working knowledge ofSAP BTP , including development and administration concepts.Proven experience leading technical teams and owning delivery across build, testing, and deployment.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college diploma in a related discipline.Must be eligible to obtain aSecret Security Clearance(where required by the program).English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading SAP development and integration forlarge‑scale S/4HANA transformation programs .Experience withSAP Clean Core strategyand extensibility governance.Experience integrating SAP withcloud platforms(Azure, AWS, or GCP).Experience withnon‑SAP integration tools(e.g., MuleSoft, IBM Integration tools).Experience working inAgile or hybrid delivery environments .Bilingual English and French.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
