This role will lead sourcing integration activities acrossall supplier categoriesin support of a large acquisition, withIT and software representing a substantial share of the work . The Sourcing Integration Project Lead will oversee supplier strategy, manage cross‑functional alignment, and drive complex project execution. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and sourcing experience across a diverse supplier landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end sourcing integration workstreamacross all categories (IT/software, services, indirect, clinical, capital, etc.).Develop strategic disposition recommendationsfor each supplier—consolidate, retain, exit, or re‑source—based on business needs and cross‑functional input.Create, manage, and continuously updatethe master supplier list, categorization, and integration roadmap.Facilitate governance discussionswith business leaders, legal, finance, IT, category managers, and integration teams.Execute straightforward sourcing actions , including renewals, amendments, simple negotiations, and basic RFPs.Support senior sourcing leaderson high‑complexity commercial or technical negotiations.Identify and mitigate integration risks , including commercial gaps, licensing issues, continuity impacts, and compliance concerns.Lead stakeholder communications and reporting , ensuring visibility of progress, dependencies, and critical risks.Apply sourcing best practicesto drive improvements in cost, risk reduction, supplier consolidation, compliance, and operational efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degreeorequivalent experience (minimum 4 years) in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or related fields.Significant experience in sourcing or vendor management across multiple categories—or in a broad indirect procurement environment.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects with competing priorities.Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing suppliers.Desired CharacteristicsUnderstanding of IT/software and general indirect sourcing categories.Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills.Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Experience supporting integrations, divestitures, or supplier transitions.Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
