About The Team Group Product Managers in Growth are strategic thinkers and dedicated problem-solvers who lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to leverage big data, agile principles, and customer insights to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale. Key Contributions Defining the strategy for our application funnel to maximize conversion and optimize acquisition across our credit card products Driving the strategy for Quick Check, our credit card eligibility tool, to maximize its presence across customer channels and give more Canadians the confidence to apply without rejection Overseeing a portfolio of products dedicated to deepening customer engagement, such as launching and optimizing credit monitoring tools to drive engagement and long‑term financial health Managing and scaling data and machine learning platforms across the organization to deliver smart, personalized experiences Your Responsibilities Human Centered Define the target customer experience and create an environment where customer‑backed thinking is a part of the team’s DNA. Coach the team to leverage their understanding of the end‑to‑end customer experience to ground and build product vision and strategy. Business Focused Define key success metrics and measurable outcomes that matter for your domain, focusing on key growth levers such as conversion, funnel optimization, activation. Prioritize work to achieve those outcomes across multiple teams or problem statements, guiding the team’s prioritization decisions to maximize growth and impact. Technology Driven Explore domain‑relevant technology to support discovery and apply learnings to push the boundaries of what you think is possible today & tomorrow. Foster an active partnership with technology and design partners to collectively define destination state and pursue shared objectives. Integrated Problem Solving Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision that aligns with the broader business goal. Oversee a roadmap that addresses multiple opportunity spaces and appropriately prioritize opportunities to maximize impact across the entire domain. Transformational Leadership Be a dedicated people leader, responsible for the performance, coaching, and career development of a team of Product Managers. Contribute to team culture and product community to attract, develop and retain top talent. At least 5+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers. Experience creating and delivering customer‑centric, data‑driven product vision and strategy. A track record of delivering quantifiable growth results with significant business and customer impacts. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience leading a growth, optimization, or experimentation Product team. Experience in financial services, technology or operations. Compensation Expected annual salary range: $184,000–$210,000. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses.
