The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well‑organized and appealing store environment. This role requires a blend of retail management skills, a heart for our mission, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including program participants.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff, volunteers, and program participants.Store Operations: Oversee all retail functions, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, security, and cleanliness.Customer Service: Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a positive, Christ-centered store environment.
