Your new role As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing residential hydronic heating and renovation projects from initiation through completion. You will oversee multiple active projects across the GTA, coordinating internal field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. You will develop and maintain project schedules, manage budgets and costs, coordinate labour dispatch and material deliveries, and maintain accurate project documentation. You will communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, align expectations, and ensure overall satisfaction. The Project Manager will proactively identify risks related to scheduling, costs, or scope and implement solutions to keep projects on track, while also supporting continuous improvement of internal project management processes and workflows. What you’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in residential or mechanical construction project management, with a strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and coordination. Experience managing a high volume of concurrent residential projects is essential. Exposure to hydronic in‑floor heating is considered an asset, though candidates with strong residential construction experience and a willingness to develop technical expertise are encouraged to apply. You will bring excellent organizational skills, strong client communication abilities, and proven experience coordinating trades, vendors, and materials in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with construction management and site reporting tools is expected, with experience using platforms such as Buildertrend considered advantageous. A valid Ontario driver’s licence is required, along with a proactive, self‑motivated leadership style and a strong commitment to quality and accountability.
