Description We're seeking a Service Professional who will be the frontline sales champion and technical expert in the community, serving as a trusted advisor in customers’ homes. With exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will help customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services, delivering unmatched value and innovative solutions while growing business and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Passionate about sales with proven ability to exceed targets through technical expertise Excel at consultative selling and can turn service calls into sales opportunities Driven by solutions‑based selling and enjoy recommending products and services that will make customers’ lives easier Natural technical aptitude and passion for technology, with proficient knowledge of consumer electronics Thrives on objection handling and excels at building trust through technical competence Can work collaboratively in team environments while operating independently with minimal supervision Strong problem‑solving skills and maintain high performance under time constraints Normal colour vision required to work with colour‑coded wiring Handles physically demanding workload including standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and working in various indoor/outdoor environments Flexible and able to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, and possible out‑of‑town assignments Fluent in English with clear, genuine persuasive communication style; additional languages beneficial Professional written and oral communication skills Enjoys continuous learning and can learn formally and informally in a dynamic environment Can meet applicable testing requirements Requirements Proven customer service and sales experience Clean and valid full Class 5 Driver’s License or other provincial equivalents; driver’s abstract required Completed a minimum of Grade 11 Math; transcripts and/or diplomas required Great to have Any previous experience and/or education in telecommunications or security would be an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
