Skilled in advocacy, case management, crisis support, and system navigation within medical, legal, justice, and social service environments. Experienced providing one‑on‑one support, accompanying clients to appointments and legal proceedings, and connecting individuals to essential community resources. Strong ability to build trusting relationships while delivering trauma‑informed, culturally respectful, and client‑centered care.
