Role Description This is a remote volunteer role as a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, developing effective content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and promoting the organization’s mission. Day-to-day tasks may include planning and scheduling posts, engaging with online audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance reach and impact. Qualifications Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong communication and writing skills Proficiency in content strategy and content creation Ability to analyze data and improve social media performance Passion for social impact and familiarity with non-profit organizations is an advantage Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus Roles and Responsibilities Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create and maintain a simple, sustainable posting workflow for each platform Adapt content for each platform while following the brand book Turn team updates into engaging, mission-aligned content Manage posting schedules across platforms Collect and organize video and photo content from team members Learn and understand the brand, mission, and values Speak with team members to understand their motivations and experiences Use these insights to create authentic, human-centered stories Ensure messaging is consistent, respectful, and mission-aligned Respond to comments and messages across platforms Identify and add new leads to the CRM, and inform the CRM lead Flag important or sensitive conversations for internal follow-up Test content formats, posting times, and workflows Share actionable insights on what’s working and what needs improvement Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Universal Limbs by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
