In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analytical solutions that drive innovation and strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business improvement. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into actionable insights. Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports. Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with RBC’s data governance standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve analytical capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. 3+ years in data science, machine learning or a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong problem‑solving abilities, statistical knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication, teamwork and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
