Source and structure debt financing for acquisitions, development projects and income producing properties. Contribute to the timely completion of real estate acquisition and financing due diligence processes/requirements Develop deep relationships with lenders, including banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders. Serve as a mentor to junior team members, actively supporting their development through day-to-day coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practices You have A University degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business or Finance A minimum 10 years of experience in the Finance sector, with at least 7 years in the Real Estate industry Experience with financing residential developments and/or commercial properties An understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation principles, and experience working with proformas and underwriting deals A proven track record of deal execution, including preparation of financing presentations and negotiation of loan terms/agreements A well-developed network of contacts in the lending and real estate community Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and advanced level Excel skills We have Great, diverse, authentic people!
