Overview ServiceNow CMDB & APM Consultant - Data GovernanceThe APM ServiceNow is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all entries within the Application Portfolio Management (APM) system of record.This role ensures that all application data is validated, consistently aligned to enterprise standards, and vetted with the appropriate technology and governance teams prior to any updates or changes.The position plays a critical role in enabling effective technology asset lifecycle management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesData Accuracy & MaintenanceMaintain and oversee all records within APM and TDAREnsure accuracy, consistency, completeness of application recordsReview application entries for taxonomy alignment and enterprise standardsIdentify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent recordsChange Request & GovernanceReview and validate requests for new, updated, or decommissioned applicationsComplete request tickets with proper documentation and work notesPartner with application and technology owners for approvalsEnsure compliance with CMDB and CSDM structuresStakeholder EngagementAct as liaison between Application Owners, Technology Owners, ServiceNow teams, and ETAM GovernanceProvide guidance on APM standards and data requirementsSupport reviews with risk, compliance, and audit teamsReporting & ControlsGenerate dashboards for data quality and remediation trackingMonitor compliance with TAM standards, OSFI B-13 requirements, and internal policiesSupport KPI and KRI reporting for APMQualifications3+ years experience with ServiceNow and Application Portfolio ManagementStrong understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworkExperience in IT Governance, data stewardship, risk, and audit processesStrong attention to detail and data quality focusAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to enforce governance while supporting business needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
