Introduction to Role Stathera is looking for an Digital Verification Engineer to join our team. We encourage motivated, detail-oriented engineers with a strong foundation in digital verification and a passion for building robust, scalable verification environments to apply to this position. The successful candidate will gain hands‑on experience working on advanced ASIC verification in a fast‑moving, collaborative, and high‑performing startup environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including analog and digital designers to ensure high‑quality silicon through rigorous verification methodologies. The Digital Verification Engineer will report directly to the Director of ASIC Engineering and will be expected to work a total of 40 hours per week in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities and Duties Develop self‑checking, random, reusable, automated verification environments for ASIC features; Prepare comprehensive design verification documentation, including specifications, test plans, and implementation details; Analyze coverage, identify gaps in test benches, and implement improvements; Execute regression testing and ensure verification completeness; Collaborate closely with analog and digital design teams to validate functionality. Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design verification; Solid understanding of digital electronics, logic design, and verification principles; Strong coding experience in Verilog/SystemVerilog HDL; Familiarity with advanced verification techniques (constrained‑random, coverage‑driven verification, assertions); Experience with logic simulation tools such as Cadence Xcelium; Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL is an asset; Ability to produce clear and comprehensive verification documentation; Strong attention to quality while working under tight deadlines; Self‑motivated with a proactive mindset; Desired Skills Experience with Universal Verification Methodology (UVM); Familiarity with RTL synthesis and place‑and‑route flows; Experience with Cadence Genus and Innovus tools; Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; Works well under pressure and has excellent time management skills; Team player with strong collaboration skills; Benefits At Stathera, we value the well‑being and success of our exceptional employees.
