The role defines how the GTM organization runs—setting policies, business rules, and system requirements that keep Sales, Marketing, and Finance aligned. What You’ll Be Doing Own GTM operating rules, defining and maintaining rules of engagement around account categorization, routing, ownership, and lifecycle status. Translate policies into system requirements, acting as a bridge between GTM leadership and Information Systems. Own metric governance—define metric definitions, attribution rules, and reporting standards. Govern major GTM process changes—lead cross‑functional alignment on process changes. Define tooling requirements and partner with Systems and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions. Build governance infrastructure—document policies and rules in an accessible, maintainable format. Proven experience owning business rules, attribution frameworks, or operating‑model governance in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong cross‑functional track record with IS, Data, Marketing, and Sales leadership. Comfort working with BigQuery and Looker to validate, QA, and interrogate data. Experience documenting complex policies and translating them into requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field. Familiarity with Looker, Pigment, or Spiff is a plus. English fluency required for an international company with clients outside Quebec. Benefits Flexible paid time off and remote work policies.
