What You’ll Do Here Establish and maintain project control frameworks (cost, schedule, and progress). Develop, monitor, and update project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows. Oversee cost tracking, variance analysis (CV, SV), and overall financial performance. Develop and maintain master schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Implement and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology. Produce clear executive reports for project leadership and senior management. Manage scope changes, potential claims, and cost/schedule impacts. Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and contracts teams. Mentor and support project controls analysts and specialists, as applicable. Ensure compliance with Aecon internal processes and client contractual requirements. What You Bring To The Team Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls on major infrastructure projects ($100M+). Proven experience on large‑scale construction or civil engineering projects. Strong expertise in cost control, scheduling, and financial forecasting. Proficiency with project controls tools, including: Primavera P6 (mandatory), SAP, InEight, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
