Job Description The Market Sales Manager will research and drive sales for all software products and services under the GolfNow umbrella. The role includes full ownership of the sales cycle – prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, relationship building, and account penetration – and account management of an existing portfolio, with the goal of growing business and revenue. Job Duties Strong account management and relationship building experience. Conduct outside sales calls to golf‑course partners and prospects. Prepare, present, and close customized golf‑course solutions. Document sales activities in a CRM database. Generate reports on sales activities and revenues to submit to the Regional Manager on a regular basis. Assist with market/course analyses including web checks and opportunity e‑mail programs. Implement marketing strategies to grow partner rounds and revenue. Manage Multi‑Course Operator relationships as assigned by supervisor. Basic Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience. Computer/Internet experience required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Desired Characteristics Experience with online distribution platforms/technology is a plus. Salesforce or similar CRM experience. College degree preferred. Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude. Sales development and/or strategy experience. Digital sales and marketing experience is a plus. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and goals. Ability to deliver on role duties and answer inquiries in a timely manner. Additional Requirements Must reside in Quebec or relocate to the assigned market. Fluent in French and English required due to daily interactions with US‑based systems and French and English clients. Must be able to travel regularly, work overtime and on weekends as necessary.
