About The Role We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Vice President of Sales with experience selling digital media technology and integrated marketing agency services. You will be responsible for managing and growing our Canadian DSP resale service offering, helping to proactively prospect and close programmatic leads across our DSP partners. The ideal candidate has both a history of building meaningful platform partnerships as well as significant experience building outbound sales strategies to achieve annual quotes. The lead will also work closely with our Canadian operations and account teams to upsell and cross sell integrated services to our existing customers. Responsibilities Develop & execute a partner driven growth strategy across major DSPs Align growth strategies with strategic internal product and capability investments as defined by Media Leadership Identify new business opportunities across target industries to drive outbound business growthHelp develop new go to market strategies within the Canadian market Develop and implement effective sales strategies using a consultative approach and mindset, to penetrate new verticals and expand our existing client base Sales & Business Development Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, prospects and partners Drive new business sales cycles from lead generation to deal close Maintain relationships post deal to develop an ongoing services roadmap Collaborate with our Media partners to drive joint marketing sales initiatives, resulting in increased business opportunities Stay up to date on our Media partner products - Google, Amazon, Trade Desk and Monks internal capabilities About You The essentials: 10+ years of experience exceeding growth targets with an agency, adtech or martech provider Track record of driving sales growth with a focus on enterprise-level clients Extensive experience in business development in a consulting environment Strong knowledge of the adtech/martech landscape - products, services and industry trends Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation Not a Must, But a Plus Active relationship with Google, Amazon or The Trade Desk What We Offer Salary Range: $150,000—$200,000 CAD Return to Office (RTO) Policy This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
