We're hiring for a hands‑on Head of IT / IT Business Partner to sit at the intersection of technology and the business. You'll be embedded with the business, working directly with the CEO and business heads, reporting to the Group Head of IT. Responsibilities Act as the primary IT point of contact for key business units - building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Hands‑on across application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains Manage and prioritise the IT demand pipeline, balancing business value, ROI, and resources Drive delivery of enterprise solutions (including property platforms like Yardi, ERP systems, and data tools) Lead change management and user adoption for new systems and processes Align the IT roadmap and annual investment plans with business strategy Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and process improvement Ensure IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks are followed across initiatives Manage external vendors, system integrators, and service partners Enable data‑driven decision‑making through BI tools, dashboards, and reporting Requirements 8–15+ years in IT, with solid experience in business partnering or consulting Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business conversations Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd UEN: N | EA License No.: 19C9859 #J-18808-Ljbffr
