Job Description Project Director – Commercial Fit-Out (Sales-Led Role) Location: Surrey We’re working with a well-established design & build commercial fit-out specialist who are looking to appoint a Project Director to drive growth and lead projects from initial client engagement through to delivery. This is a highly commercial, sales-focused role, suited to someone who thrives on winning work, building relationships, and delivering projects end-to-end. The Role Driving new business and revenue growth across CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships Leading the full project lifecycle — from securing work through to delivery Working closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes Taking ownership of tenders, pitches, and commercial strategy Acting as a key figure in the business, contributing to overall growth and direction What We’re Looking For Proven track record in commercial fit-out (CAT A / CAT B) Strong business development and sales capability Experience within a design & build environment Ability to win work and manage clients at a senior level Commercially astute with a strong understanding of project delivery and margins Driven, ambitious, and confident operating in a client-facing role What’s On Offer Cometetive base salary + attractive commission structure Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, design-led business High level of autonomy and influence Clear opportunity to shape and grow a pipeline of work #J-18808-Ljbffr
