Ensure selected products are of the highest quality, with no damage and freshest selection. Properly document and label all orders using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing service and supporting issue resolution. Strictly adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean workspace, promptly clean spills and debris, and ensure totes are clean and void of debris before packing; operate material handling equipment safely and conduct pre‑inspection checks before use, supporting the organization’s mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in adapting to work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
