Your Role As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will actively contribute to the company’s financial control and decision‑making support. Your Responsibilities Include Preparing and recording journal entries for monthly financial statements. Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring general ledger accounts. Conducting financial analyses (margins, budgets, forecasts) by leveraging artificial intelligence tools to accelerate modeling and anomaly detection. Participating in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, including the automation of manual processes (RPA, scripts, workflows). Producing reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI assistants (e.g., Copilot) to enhance analysis and reduce reporting timelines. Monitoring and improving internal controls. Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes (Lean methodologies, automation, adoption of AI tools). Calculating and analyzing monthly bonuses. Your Skills and Qualities Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive mindset. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within large organizations. Experience with ERP systems (SAP HANA, NetSuite, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Power BI, and familiarity with AI/automation tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, RPA – considered an asset). Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards. Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
