Valnet looking for a Data Scientist to join our Gaming team. In this role, you will design and deploy AI systems that improve how a large-scale digital publishing organization operates and grows. You will work cross-functionally with editorial, audience, and revenue teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship AI-driven solutions that create measurable impact. This is a build-and-ship role – not research. Your work goes live. It gets used. It drives results. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy AI agents that improve workflow efficiency and scalability Design and integrate AI agents within existing infrastructure to reduce manual intervention and increase system-level efficiency Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy production-ready systems Measure impact through performance, efficiency, and revenue metrics Continuously iterate based on live data and user feedback Qualifications 1–5+ years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI-driven products or systems Proven builder: products, systems, startups, or internal tools that shipped Strong knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, automation pipelines, and applied AI systems Comfort operating in ambiguity Bias toward execution and measurable outcomes Experience in digital media, growth, or performance-driven environments is a plus – but not required.
