Bunge is seeking multiple capable Recruitment Administrators to join our team on a 5‑month fixed‑term contract from July through to November. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the recruitment of approximately 1,500 harvest casuals, gaining hands‑on exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment and administration skills within a dynamic, supportive team. Duties Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for the 2026 harvest campaign Act as the key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey Maintain and update recruitment systems to ensure accurate candidate records Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Book and track medical appointments for successful candidates Coordinate training sessions, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared Conduct visa checks to confirm candidates meet employment eligibility requirements About you Previous experience in recruitment or administration is highly desirable Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy when managing documentation and candidate information Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working to changing deadlines About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
