We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Rating & Charging team. This team is critical to the company's revenue stream, owning the highly scalable, low-latency platforms that determine customer billing and service eligibility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot, with hands‑on experience in GCP infrastructure, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in telecom rating and charging systems is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and distributed microservices for rating and charging platforms using Spring BootBuild and maintain infrastructure using Terraform on GCP (including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE, and other GCP services)Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and/or ArgoCImplement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and Cloud MonitoringContainerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes (GKE)Design and implement event‑driven architectures using messaging systems such as Pub/Sub and KafkaUtilize Python for scripting, pipeline automation, and AI integrationsParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisionsLeverage AI‑driven development tools to enhance productivity and code qualityRequired Qualifications 7+ years of professional software engineering experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and cross‑functional collaboration.Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building microservicesProven experience with Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code in production environmentsExperience designing and deploying production systems using core GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud Functions, etc.)Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitLab CI)Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, GKE)Familiarity with messaging and event streaming systems such as GCP Pub/Sub or equivalent cloud‑native messaging servicesExperience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and/or DynatracePreferred Qualifications Prior experience in telecommunications rating and charging systemsKnowledge of event‑driven architectures and domain‑driven design principlesExposure to AI‑driven development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM integrations, AI‑assisted coding tools)Understanding of security best practicesFamiliarity with batch processing frameworks and high‑volume data processingExperience with billing and financial systems in the telecom sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
