Sr Business Systems Analyst - Capital Markets This is with a global IT services firm for a leading investment/wealth management services firm. Client Location is downtown Toronto Ontario, close to TTC and GO service. Hybrid - In Office 4 days per week. Contract - 6 months, possible renewal. Target rate range: $75-95hr on B2B. Our client is a professional investment management organization that globally invests the funds to ensure long-term sustainability. The company invests in all major asset classes, including public equity, private equity, real estate, infrastructure and fixed‑income instruments, and currently has offices in Toronto, London, Hong Kong, New York, South America and Asia. Responsibilities Collect expectations and requirements of the customer Write user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven Development Manage best practice and ensuring these practices are used Understands the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business client Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines Customer' expectations management UI/UX designs reviewing Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc. Analysis of as‑is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement Design to‑be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements Regular status reporting Experience working within Capital Market AND/OR Real Estate domains Skills Must have Ability to work out of Toronto office 4 days/week (Mon to Thurs) Motivated and able to work independently (e.g. leading requirements gathering and workflow design sessions) Strong written communication skills, experience writing technical requirements and creating data flow diagrams Strong SQL and data analytics skills Experience working as a scrum master Experience working in the financial services industry Assertive and willing to follow up on blockers and dependencies Nice to have Certified scrum master certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
