Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly. Engage personally with customers, advising them clearly on banking solutions and processes. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for fast‑paced environments. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
