Critical Qualifications 8+ years in solution or enterprise architecture for large, complex initiatives. Strong leadership and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Broad technical knowledge across IT domains and modern cloud/SaaS platforms. Financial analysis and solution modeling experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively across departments and handle unforeseen challenges without significant disruption. Awareness of AI tools and technology is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Amdocs, Oracle, Okta, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, APIs, and microservices. Preferred Qualifications Engineering degree in Computer Communications or equivalent experience. Technology certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow). Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, CISSP). Expertise in at least two domains: Network, Security, Data Centre, Contact Centre, IoT. Familiarity with IP networking and internet technologies. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. Location: Ontario (Mississauga, Ottawa, Toronto) or Quebec (Montreal). Work Arrangement: Hybrid – candidates must be based in Canada and report to a Bell office at least three days a week.
