Position Overview Michael Garron Hospital (MGH), a division of Toronto East Health Network (TEHN), is an award‑winning community teaching hospital serving the diverse communities of East Toronto. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Data & Clinical Information Management, the Project Manager – M365 & Corporate Applications is accountable for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise corporate applications portfolio. This one‑year temporary full‑time role focuses on delivering high‑priority initiatives aligned with organizational strategy, digital workplace modernization, governance, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance Lead end‑to‑end delivery of M365 and Corporate Applications projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Develop and manage project charters, work plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets while meeting quality and security standards. Microsoft 365 & Corporate Applications Portfolio Manage projects related to Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and related governance initiatives. Lead initiatives involving enterprise corporate applications such as Teletracking and Savience. Coordinate technical and functional integration across applications and platforms. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management Partner with business owners, clinical and corporate leaders, IMT teams, vendors, and external partners to define requirements and align with organizational priorities. Facilitate workshops, decision‑making forums, and design sessions as required. Develop and execute change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies to support successful transition to operations. Risk, Issue & Vendor Management Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalating as appropriate. Manage dependencies across concurrent initiatives. Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, and contract obligations in collaboration with procurement and legal teams. Operational Readiness & Transition Ensure solutions are operationally ready, including support models, documentation, training, and handover to operational teams. Promote standardization and best practices across the enterprise applications portfolio. Education Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is an asset. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading complex technology or digital transformation projects, preferably within healthcare or a large, regulated organization. Demonstrated experience delivering projects within Microsoft 365 and/or enterprise application environments. Strong understanding of information security, privacy, and governance considerations. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong problem‑solving, facilitation, and decision‑making skills. Experience working with vendors, contracts, and service providers. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
