Sr Labour Relations Consultant The People Experience Team promotes excellence in people by supporting TEAM RVH through the employee life cycle by delivering innovative people strategies and programs that attract and retain TEAM RVH and support a highly engaged workforce that feels valued, recognized, and safe and allows them to grow to reach their full potential.As the Senior Labour Relations Consultant on the People Partnerships Team, you will provide expert advice to leaders, HR Business Partners and across the people team on all labour relations matters including interpretation and administration of collective agreements, employment legislation, grievance/arbitration management, workplace accommodations and policies and procedures. In this role you will participate and lead, where appropriate, in contract negotiations, labour-management meetings, grievance meetings and arbitrations.
