Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist for an immediate on-site opportunity in Winnipeg within the healthcare sector. This is a long-term temporary role with strong potential for extension, supporting clinical information system implementations and organizational transformation initiatives across acute, long-term, and community care environments. This role requires a seasoned change management professional with deep healthcare IT experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and proven success delivering adoption strategies for clinical systems. Responsibilities Lead organizational change management activities for healthcare information system implementations and upgrades Conduct stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments to support the successful adoption of change Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and impact assessments aligned with project objectives Design and deliver end-user training programs, materials, and supporting documentation Support communication planning and execution to ensure consistent messaging across stakeholder groups Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to drive user adoption and minimize disruption Support implementation activities for clinical systems across long-term care, home care, and acute care environments Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices Facilitate engagement sessions, workshops, and training activities with end users and leadership teams Qualifications Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification is required PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification is required 12+ years of experience as a project resource delivering information system projects 8+ years of experience as a Change Management Specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments 4+ years of experience developing and delivering end-user training programs 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical healthcare environment 2+ years of experience implementing clinical information systems supporting long-term care or home care patient registration 2+ years of experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long-term care environment Criminal background check is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
