You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our services sites. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement, to ensure adherence to quality standards, conduct inspections, and drive problem‑solving initiatives.You’ll specifically take care of final inspections of equipment prior to it entering passenger service, but also support the implementation and improvement of quality processes and standards across the organization.We’ll look to you for:Supporting operations and other departments in adhering to the ISO Quality PlanConducting quality control and inspection activities, identifying systematic issues, and initiating problem‑solving processesEnsuring process governance, including adherence to ISO 9001 standards, auditing results, and continuous improvementDriving and supporting quality improvement initiatives within operationsLeading structured problem‑solving processes using established methodologiesOrganizing and completing program audits to ensure compliance with established criteriaAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
