Westridge Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team. This is a full-time position reporting to the General Superintendent. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from developing Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day site operations on one or multiple construction projects Lead projects of varying size and complexity (approximately $0 – $100M+) depending on experience Ensure site safety standards are met in collaboration with safety personnel Coordinate and manage site setup (utilities, offices, access, hoarding, material handling, etc.) Lead weekly planning meetings and support project scheduling Work closely with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution and methodology Coordinate labour requirements with HR and Field Services Supervise and support Foremen, Lead Hands, and field staff (scope dependent on experience) Manage subcontractors, including contract compliance and site performance Participate in project meetings (handover, review, pre-bid, etc.) Contribute to change pricing and monthly project reporting Maintain accurate project documentation (daily reports, photos, timesheets, etc.) Support QA/QC processes on site Track labour productivity and site performance Manage site equipment, tools, and material procurement Mentor and develop field staff Promote teamwork, innovation, and Westridge values Work out of town as required What You Bring We are open to a range of experience levels. The right candidate will demonstrate many of the following: 5–10+ years of construction experience, with increasing responsibility in a Superintendent or leadership role Proven ability to manage construction sites, with exposure to projects of varying size and complexity Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics Experience supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents Solid administrative and organizational skills (reports, timesheets, documentation, etc.) Proficiency with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Strong communication skills with field staff, subcontractors, consultants, and owners Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Commitment to safety, quality, and team culture Competitive salary based on experience/qualifications Company matched pension plan Full benefits package (100% employer paid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
