Overview Opportunity for full- or part-time physician at a well-established, full-service family practice that has been in Nanaimo for over 40 years. Very flexible hours and days with no walk-in, weekend, or after-hours required. Allied health also available in clinic including social work, counsellor, clinical pharmacist, and respiratory therapist doing spirometry.Care model and workflow May choose to start own panel of patients, or see overflow patients from existing clinic population. Physicians practice a shared care model, which you must be willing to contribute to. Each physician holds their own panel of patients, but also provides cross cover for urgent appointments from all existing clinic patients. This allows excellent fast access for all patients. Cross coverage also available within clinic for vacation/time off, without requiring you to find a locum.Practice environment and logistics Low monthly fixed overhead.
