As an Associate Director of Technology, you will play a leadership role spanning people, tactical execution, and strategy within the organization. You will be responsible for a scope covering multiple teams, technology domains, or major cross-functional mandates within the studio and Activision. You will actively contribute to defining the technological direction across several areas, aligning priorities with business objectives, and supporting the growth of the managers and teams under your responsibility. In this role, you will oversee the evolution of major technology initiatives in a multidisciplinary environment, including the game engine, tools, automation, and more. You will work closely with other studio leaders, Activision partner teams, and external collaborators to align roadmaps and advance technology in service of our games .You will also act as an ambassador for the technology vision by fostering cross-team alignment, execution quality, talent development, and the evolution of management and engineering practices.
