Order Experience Specialist (Morning Shift) Department: Order Experience Employment Type: Full Time Location: Mississauga Compensation: $40,000 / year Description This role works a morning shift with the hours of work being 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Your job is to pick and fill customer orders while creating memorable unboxing experiences. You will use pick carts, RF scanners, and WMS software in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse. All orders must be assembled, packaged, and shipped accurately. This includes applying standardized packing procedures, labeling, sorting, staging, and ensuring that packages meet the company’s high quality and accuracy standards. Support cross‑functional warehouse operations by pivoting to other tasks as needed, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Label, sort, and stage customer orders to ensure smooth outbound operations. Maintain efficiency with a sense of urgency while meeting department targets. Report inventory discrepancies, quality issues, and operational concerns to leadership, suggesting improvements when possible.
