Job Summary:Our architecture practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sustainability Lead to support and integrate sustainability initiatives across projects, client engagements, and team workflows within the region. The Regional Sustainability Lead will act as the primary sustainability resource for local teams, ensuring sustainability strategies are incorporated early in project delivery and aligned with firmwide performance targets.The ideal candidate will have strong sustainable design experience, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:Provide early-stage sustainability input across projects within the regionServe as Sustainability Lead on assigned projects including alliance delivery, design-build, and major renovationsLead client sustainability visioning sessions and translate goals into measurable project KPIsAlign project sustainability strategies with firmwide targets and performance metricsCoordinate with multidisciplinary consultants to integrate sustainable solutionsMentor Sustainability Coordinators and Analysts within the regionSupport knowledge sharing and promote sustainability best practices across project teamsTrack and report regional progress against firmwide sustainability targetsAct as liaison between regional teams and the Firmwide Sustainability LeadSupport project teams in communicating sustainable design value to clients and stakeholdersContribute project feedback to support continuous improvement of firmwide sustainability strategyOther duties as assigned by senior managementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Design, or related field5 to 8 years of experience in sustainable design, preferably in healthcare or institutional projectsLEED AP requiredWELL AP, Passive House, or equivalent accreditation considered an assetStrong facilitation and client engagement skillsExperience mentoring staff and coordinating across multidisciplinary consultant teamsAbility to translate sustainability goals into measurable project KPIsStrong communication and organizational skillsUnderstanding of building performance metrics, codes, and sustainability frameworksInternal Job Code:RL-SU-03 Salary Range:$100,000 - $130,000 / Annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
