Knowledge of VBA or similar data tools is highly desirable.3+ years of experience in an analytical role; experience in advisory environments or working with compensation or incentive processes is an assetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business partners and stakeholders across multiple teamsFamiliarity with ISM/Kyndryl is an assetWork activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables.
