We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized Project Manager to join our client's Office. This high-visibility role is accountable for delivering efficient, high-impact service aligned with SLAs for internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive performance, and support execution of complex HR IT initiatives using Traditional, Agile, and Rapid methodologies. This position directly contributes to digital transformation by leveraging data, automation, and AI to elevate HR services globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and deliver complex business and technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups, focusing on strategic enablement and operational excellence. Manage projects through all phases (initiation to implementation), ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, clients, and partners to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee allocation and utilization of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology. Drive process innovation and automation to streamline delivery and enhance user experience. Exercise advanced decision-making skills to solve complex project challenges, balancing risk and opportunity. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively. Provide clear, consistent communication to project teams, sponsors, and leadership. Champion cross-functional collaboration, establishing shared goals and accountability. Mentor and inspire project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Track and report on project performance, including financials, resource utilization, and outcomes. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement. Act as a change agent, helping teams navigate ambiguity and adopt new ways of working. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HR technology or employee experience domains. Fluency in English and Mandarin required. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Workday). Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments. Strong business acumen; ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy. Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence and build trust across all levels of the. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and drive clarity. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through change. Global mindset with flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Must-Have Skills: Availability to work evenings at least 3 days per week (8–10 pm). Experience with HR IT projects. Familiarity with AI in day-to-day usage.
