Overview seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to design| build| and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across IT and non-IT domains. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise| leadership capability| and experience working in enterprise BFSI environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign| build| test| and deploy ServiceNow solutions using ITSM| Virtual Agent| and the Now Platform.Develop and configure ServiceNow components including Client Scripts| Business Rules| UI Actions| UI PoliciesScript Includes| REST APIs| Notifications| Reports| Dashboards| PA Indicators Service Catalog| Workflows| Flow Designer| and Automation Lead new implementations| enhancements| and backlog development activities.Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.Implement Service Portal solutions using AngularJS.Support CMDB| Cloud Discovery| and platform upgrades while reducing customizations.Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Coach and guide developers| administrators| and testers.Participate in Agile delivery| sprint planning| code reviews| testing| and UAT defect resolution.Leverage Now Assist and AI-driven capabilities across ITSM| Virtual Agent| HRSD| and CSM.Required SkillsExperience: 6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and Virtual Agent.Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and development best practices.Strong integration experience using REST and other integration mechanisms.Experience working in Agile Sprint-based delivery models.Good-to-HaveExperience with ITOM| ITAM| SAM| HAM| BCM| APM| App Engine Experience implementing Now AssistExcellent communication skills with ability to work across distributed teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
