Remediate risk and control findings while ensuring compliance with cyber security principles. Manage project schedules and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze and document technical requirements with stakeholders (architecture, cybersecurity, etc.) and drive end‑to‑end execution. Own a portfolio of technical assets, working with vendors and compliance partners to mitigate risk. Oversee project lifecycle for risk remediation initiatives, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing protocols and ensure system reliability and performance. Act as primary point of contact for initiatives, providing updates and managing expectations. Perform hands‑on testing of key security technologies (SAML/OIDC, IAM, RBAC, etc.). Validate access controls in production, partnering with Business, VMO and Access Admin. Introduce engineering tools, methodologies and processes across the enterprise and automate release workflows. Engage with governance and control groups (regulatory, risk, compliance, audit) to provide expertise on engineering solutions. Support team delivery to meet SLAs, interface with IT, finance, audit and business units for integrated processes. Advise on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of platform domains. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical specifications, project management, architecture, cyber security, integration and configuration. Proven experience as an engineering manager or team lead, with coaching and performance management skills. Strong knowledge of integration methods (APIs, web services) and data migration. Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment, with a focus on risk remediation. Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data comparison, discrepancy analysis). Preferred: Cyber security training/certification, insurance industry knowledge, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices. Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s at minimum).
