Job Summary The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project management team responsible for supporting the successful delivery of building development projects of varying size and complexity. Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director, this role assists in coordinating project activities, managing communications, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with client expectations, timelines, and company standards. The Project Coordinator acts as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in the coordination and delivery of multiple development and construction projects Attend client meetings and assist in determining project requirements and objectives Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, cash flows, schedules, and project documentation Coordinate project communications, organization charts, meeting minutes, and reporting materials Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality of work performed by consultants and contractors Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders Track invoices, expenditures, and support financial administration activities Review field inspection reports and assist with warranty follow-up activities Participate in project start‑up meetings and support ongoing project coordination efforts Maintain compliance with Altus Group project management procedures and quality standards Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, service delivery, and overall client experience Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Key Requirements Experience supporting project management, construction, development, or related projects Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities Experience preparing project documentation, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams Client‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of project management, construction, or real estate development processes is considered an asset Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and professional development Benefits Rewarding performance: competitive compensation, incentive and bonus plans, and a total rewards package prioritizing mental, physical, and financial well‑being.
