Job Description About the Role The Talent Advisor II partners with recruiting leadership, HR Partners, and hiring managers to execute a staffing strategy that includes full life cycle recruiting and a broad-based sourcing strategy, delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates via multiple channels. Proactively identify and contact active and passive job seekers. Meet defined Talent Acquisition metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity, and compliance while providing a world‑class recruitment experience. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to employment and pre‑employment. Complete understanding of individual hiring manager’s expectations of the recruitment process. Advanced knowledge of technology solutions and their application within the hiring process. Advanced knowledge of governmental employment law and regulations. Advanced knowledge of statutory regulations (e.g., anti‑discrimination laws, pre‑employment screenings, interview techniques/limitations, etc.). Knowledge of behavioral based interviewing practices and other selection methods. Advanced knowledge of employee performance standards and organizational development. Managing senior leader relationships. Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines. Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs. Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Extensive knowledge of posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity and maintaining compliance with required data fields. Education & Work Experience Secondary school completion is required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred. 2‑4 years full life‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a strong background with high volume positions is required. Experience with developing and executing sourcing strategies is required. Experience deploying, administering, and interpreting various assessment tools is required.
