Base pay range CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$135,000.00/yr IT Recruitment Manager / U of T / Smith School of Business MMA We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support large-scale technology initiatives across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC , API integrations , and experience working in complex enterprise environments—preferably within the banking or financial services industry . Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects or at the program level. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Analyze and document current and future state business processes and system flows. Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested. Support API design discussions, data mapping, and integration specifications. Manage and prioritize requirements, changes, and dependencies across projects. Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and approvals with business and IT stakeholders. Mentor junior BAs and support consistent standards across the program. Key Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, including program-level or lead BA responsibilities. Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery frameworks. Hands-on experience with API design, documentation, and integration projects . Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in requirement gathering tools and modeling techniques (e.g., user stories, process maps, use cases).
