Reporting to the Director of Tax & Estate Planning, this role is ideal for a highly detailed, organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about financial services. You will play a key role in supporting advisors, analyzing complex financial scenarios and delivering insights that drive client success. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools for tax and financial analysis. Prepare and deliver presentations for advisors and clients. Conduct insurance analysis, including current yields and estate impact. Review and train junior analysts; ensure accuracy and quality of work. Lead weekly calls and training sessions for advisors. Summarize shareholder agreements and assist with special client requests. Participate in client meetings, capture key details, and ensure timely follow‑up. Your Requirements Demonstrate advanced knowledge in key areas: Personal & Corporate Taxation, Insurance Taxation, Trust Taxation, Wills & Family Trusts, Family Trust Post‑secondary degree/diploma in financial services, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Professional designations (CFA, CPA, CFP, CIM, CLU) or progress toward them is highly valued. Several years of experience in financial services or client service roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly, manage time effectively, and work independently.
