To introduce our software to our clients, business consultants are essential to us. In the role of Lead Business Consultant, your participation will be instrumental in the expansion of our market unit and in advancing the outcomes of our clients\' projects. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of business consulting services, ensuring that client objectives are met through tailored solutions and strategic recommendations. The Lead Business Consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities Lead business consulting projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring that services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design customized solutions Manage the end-to-end consulting process, from initial assessment to implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development within the team Monitor project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are met while maintaining high client satisfaction Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and client feedback to enhance service delivery Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals for clients, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations Assist in business development efforts, supporting proposals, and expanding service offerings within existing client accounts Analyze business performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency What We Value Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest. Previous experience as an (Implementation) Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firms Excellent know-how in at least two of the following areas: Asset Management – Back Office – or Financial Reporting Experience with Trade processing including confirmation and/or trade settlement processes and solutions is a plus Degree within Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, or Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences preferred Self-starter with a can-do mindset Ability to manage assigned tasks and deliver the results on time Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English – both oral and written Basic understanding of financial industry/products and related accounting Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension is a plus Ability to travel to client’s site Can attend the SimCorp office 2x/week as per our hybrid policy. Base pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications.
