Work Arrangement Onsite Work Term 4 Months (Sept. 2026 - Dec. 2026) Compensation The hourly pay range for this position is $21.80 - $27.00. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors, including the year of study, type of academic program, and the number of prior co‑op work terms completed. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Program & Projects team with developing and implementing solutions. Support the HR Program & Projects Team with communication coordination with the production operations team. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather system requirements. Manage version control and maintain system documentation for business software. Ensure efficient file organization and oversee critical document maintenance. Prepare, format, and maintain various business documents to company standards. Assist in software testing and report issues for prompt resolution. Facilitate data reporting efforts, including analytics and PowerPoint. Contribute to data quality through validation and cleansing activities. Uphold documentation compliance with business requirements and internal policies. What You’ll Need To Succeed Post‑secondary student enrolled in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field. Eligible for a 4 month co‑op work term starting in Fall 2026. Excellent interpersonal, time‑management, and customer service skills. Detail‑oriented with a high level of organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Effort Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day‑to‑day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs. Work Environment Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all jobs will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
